What can be returned, and how refunds are handled.
Medicines
For safety reasons, medicines cannot normally be returned once dispatched. Please return unwanted medicines to a pharmacy for safe disposal.
Non-medicine products
Unopened, undamaged non-medicine products can be returned within the period stated on your order confirmation.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us with your order number and we will put it right.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method once the return has been received and checked.
